Yes!! was just reading twitter… I never know what to say or if I do I feel its nothing good.. no one answers even my daughter only says or answers direct questions… I found some good info on Boodkgal this morning told me to go to http://bit.ly/10lNb1  I hope I got this right I will recheck… after I finish… done…

I need to write birthday and Ann. cards out today.. I did pick them up at the store… need to wrap packages…. but I can wait a week or so for that.. Not much going on around here today… We had bacon and tomato sandwiches for lunch.. Had to take all the seeds out of tomato for Mom she has that diverticleous(sp) can’t eat seeds, nuts of any kind messes up her stomach.. Have a good day and come see our books I am reading a good one right now…

Happy Monday

Yesterday…………………flew by……………..Put Mother back in the hospital.  She is in ICU…. she may have a blockage and need a pacemaker….. they are going to try and do a MRI today………..she is going to have to be sedated….  Both Eva and Ilene are here… they were here visiting, Ilene sent her kids back home to Orlando… Eva’s were not here so she is fine….Mother is almost 88 years old.. I don’t know if I like the idea of opening her up for a pacemaker….I just don’t know…..

Well back on a better note.. Flee Market went well… Met a lot of really nice people . Found out allot of authors that I don’t have  people are looking for… Will keep my eyes open. I told everyone that I will write in here on Fridays to let people know of if I am going to be at the Flee Market on Saturday… I was in the J area will try to stay there…

I am going to start a new thing here     Where to FEED my kids for free… If you know of a place in your town please let me know where you live and what the place is…..

My place for today is a new restaurant that opened a couple of months ago here by us in our new Public’s market shopping area……. MCAlister’s Deli.  Kids eat free on Wednesday from open to close. (Eat in only)  Two free kids meals with the purchase of an adult entree… The food is great…. Drinks are huge…. My husband and I split a sandwich and get separate drinks… he gets a child’s drink and I get adult… We like the Ruben and it comes with a side… we like the fruit cup… The have many different side and sandwiches…. We are located in Lake City, Florida if you are traveling I-75  you would get off of the highway 90 exit and go east about 1/4 to a mile and its on the left… There is a traffic light in front to turn with … Its in the Publix supermarket shopping center…. Oh there is one is Gainsville also and I will try to get an address and put it in here…. I thought with spring brake and summer coming this would be a good idea…. Now remember this is Wednesdays…  Can you tell me a place in your town that you would like to tell everyone about…

On another note had a nice big order for books yesterday.. Someone likes Nora Roberts. The order came from Maryland.  Being she and her family live there that is great…She recently opened  a hotel its called “Inn Boonsboro” I guess you know its in Boonsboro, Maryland.. She has a bookstore, “Turn the Page” This is owned and operated by her husband.. They have a restaurant and a grocery right next door… Great Hamburgers… If you want to see an old town where the sidewalks are almost taller than the cars.. This is where to go… Very interesting and the people are great…

Books,Interiors and yarn,what do they have in Common?

Me!

Mom has finished another project and is ready to start a new one and is looking though all her bags of yarn.. She does this every time and I guess I have to leave her  alone and let her do it… Would drive me crazy… That is why I play with books…. I finished my “Montana Creed:Dylan” today and the new one comes out today “Montana Creed:Tyler” can’t wait to go tomorrow to get it… you can read about it at www.lindalaelmiller.comThis trilogy is another one that is just great.

These Creed boys have a fight of all places at there fathers funeral… They don’t see each other for along time.. The first book “Montana Creed:Logan”This brother comes home to start life over and bring the Creed name back where it belongs with trust and truth.. Some weeks ago I told you about Logan… now I will tell you about Dylan…

Logan has called his brothers to come back to the ranch and help start over each one has their own home there… Dylan came back put a lady and her children in his house to over see it and left his bull there to graze and make babies…. Then he takes off for the rodeo again…Found this all out in the book of Logan. Now we find out He has a small child that the mother is raising… He comes out of a place where he was playing poker and finds his little girl standing up in his truck alone… There is a note that says Sharlene (child’s mother) can not raise her any longer…   Dylan knows the mother is somewhere near even she would not take off with the baby in the truck alone…. Dylan takes her to a store and gets food and then to a motel… Next morning he heads to the ranch… Decides that he needs a Lawyer and the best one he knows is Logan…. He gets to town and makes up with brother Logan and his new wife and her two boys.. They fall in love with Bonnie…. In town is the librarian who has loved Dylan sense they were kids… Kristy is all alone her parents had died. They lost their farm everything… Check out the rest of the story its great….

I am still working on getting another store open for my shot glasses… When I do you will be the first to know… I am also looking into closing my eBay store… But that won’t be right away… I am thinking before I jump ship…. For those of you waiting for “Shot Glass Heaven” to open there will be a little wait… Things are not going as smoothly as expected… Being me I should of known…. If I can find a problem it will come on a run… Anyways I have plenty of books to put into eCRATER and eBay… So that will keep me busy…

We are hoping for some company for a while today or even the whole day. Would be wonderful.

I have started another new book… just a small Harliquin… it will be on eCRATRER when I finish… Took Mom to doctor yesterday for a check up… and he has decided she need a tube to go down her throat into her stomach to see what is the problem with her having so much gas… This will take place next Wednesday.

Second Chance Pass and Walmart

I told you I would finish Robyn Carr’s book “Second Chance Pass” www.robyncarr.com this weekend.. Just finished it and looked to see when the next one “Temptation Ridge” was coming out it came out March 1st… Man and Gene just came back from Walmart… Guess I will have to start one of the other 20 books I have in my bag waiting… I love authors who write series…. it gives me so much to look forward to anther visit with family and friends… Yes I really get into a book… it becomes my family. I cry and laugh I get mad… there are not many books I start that I don’t finish…. I can’t put it down even if I don’t like it…
Talked to Berta this morning and she is off visting her husband while he is on a road trip for his job…
Ilene and Beth (daughter and granddaughter) are on their way here to pick up GGE old bed and make it Beths new bed.. And this morning Mom decided that the comforter was to big for her new bed so I have that in the washer so Beth can take that too…
We are going to Gene’s sister Joyce’s house tomorrow for dinner and visit with neice and nephew coming form Nashville area… That will be fun have not seen them sence last year when we went to a wedding of a great Nephew.
Friday was slow for sales.. But it always has been I think Fridays being the end of the week people tend to go out to dinner or movie or just hang out with family and friends.

Books and more Books to Doctors

Today I am feeling better… slept real good last night.. could be because I forgot to put the baby montor on to hear Mom in the night.. I find I wake up at the least little sound.. and that is not good when you are sick anyways… Gene slept good also he says.. he sounds better… Not as weak…
I have already put Nicolas Sparks into eCRATER this morning.. I have seen some movies from his books but neve read his books… he on my 2009 readers list…. I am still reading Robyn Carr…Grant’s Pass its really good but my eyes could not read long when on the meds… I will probley finish this week…
While at the doctors office met a man and his wife they are from Like Oak and they go to church with my brother-in-laws brother.
and the man’s name is Gene…. small world….
Well have to go get dressed so can take Mom to next doctors app.
and need to go to library and return a disk that got misplaced and they let us know to look for it…. they were very kind about it…. Of course I will go find some more disks for mother and look for books that I need…
I promise to start entering shot glasses next week in eCRATER.
