I should be writing about books.. I should be writing about how my book store is doing and how wonderful it all is… I should be… I can’t, because its not… I have not had a sale in weeks .. Most of it is my fault. I have not put in any extra work into it… I can write how I have gone to yard sales and how I have bought books from customers that I have met sense living here in Lake City.. I can write that I have not written anything interesting in my blog for weeks.. I can write how no one is reading my blog.. I can write about how its hard for me to think of things to write about. I can write how I wish I could figure out how to fix all this… I can write how I wish I had a real bookstore in the real world.. I could write about how I don’t know the first thing about keeping money flowing in my book account.. I could write about all the big idea’s I have for a store.. I could write about not having the finances to have a store and with out that I can’t have one.. I will not borrow money from any thing or anyone.. I could write about all the great idea’s I have for running this store.. I could write about how I don’t read enough different kinds of authors so that I can help my customers.. I could write about how I wish I had the money, knowledge and the place to open this store… I could write about the wonderful husband who backs me in every fool thing I do… He is very surprised I have gotten as far as I have with this on line store…I could write how the past two years have been really fun with my store. I could write about all the work and fun I have had… I could write about all the books I have given to my local library, hospital, CARC, etc… I could write about how I believe in giving back. I could write about how I am thinking about donating books to my Mothers new home at the assisted living . I could write about how new we are there I don’t know what they have in a library. I could write how I entend to find out soon… I could write about how I am getting tired of writing I could write… LOL.. I could write about how we are having company this weekend and I will be off the computer for a few days… I could write how you can find great books new, used, autographed, and signed at www.readerwave.ecrater.com I could write that this is the end of today’s blog…

Thursday, August 13th, 2009Good Romance story has made the world go round for years… I have been reading romance novels sense Gram gave me @2.00 a week to spend for my allowance and we had a store at school.. I would go spend some of it on a pocket size romance novel. Then it would take me two days to read..Then I was back to the school library. I was in middle school at that time.. From then on I aalways had a book in my hand. A girlfriends gram gave her true story a very smutty mag.. we read them from front to back when I was a in 8th grade.. The point of my blog is to tell you read anything just read… But understand and don’t skip over the hard words or make your own words.. Make sure you are reading what it really says and means… You can do this even with Romance…..When my children were little we had a lady who lived across the street from us who got her Harlequinin the mail every month.. she was nice enough to pass them around to several of us to read. I would read mag from front to back…To this day I read one or two books a week depending on how busy I am. I just bought 4 books from Wal Mart as we don’t have a book store in our town… But even in our town you can find a book at the nearest Publix Grocery Store, WalMart, then used one you can find at the library sale, yard sales, flee market… There is a always a way..
