What Day is it where you are at?

Worked very hard to make gifts for some of the grandchildren who live in snow or are going to show over the holidays.. Yesterday I went to the flee market here and it started out in the high 30′s and I used one of hubbys pea caps..So when I came home I started making one of my own.. But I could not get it done in time to wear today.. About half done will be done for next week.. I was trying to make a apron with holiday fabric but have decided a full apron will not fit over my coat and maybe a carpenter apron will real long ties would be better… So I will work on that this week… I don’t have my sewing machine anymore so have to cut and go stitch at my sister in laws house… Which will be fine I love going over and visiting with her..

I always run out of Westerns… I found some last night going though my books on line.. I had forgotten that I had them.. So I took them off line and taking them to the flee market today.

My online book business is picking up.. Things are looking up. I would like to thank God for getting this store back on track.. I know you have a lot harder things to do… Thanks for looking our way..

Computer Mess Up……..grrr….

Computers and people who can do anything on them baffle me.. I am in a sea of people who can do anything they want on computers.. My husband is wonderful at finding anything he wants.. Our computer died a couple of months ago and he went in and got it going enough to get everything we needed off it to put on a new one… All our pictures… that is what I was worried about.. our personal ones and the over 1000 pictures of books I have taken and labeled by author… It was a lot of work for me to learn how to make folders to take the pictures with the camera and how to take them from the camera to the computer and then to take them from the folder to the site where I wanted to show pictures on my store… This to me was a great great wonderful thing that I did. I work really hard to learn what I do learn then to change computers and have to learn a new way to get to the same results baffles me more…

Computers can do wonderful things till they decide to not work right. Then I am on there worst list.. Right now my computer decided to have every step I take a challenge.. comes up with an error message you let it run thought click on the message to go away and then all of a sudden there is your page… why… why does my computer not like me… Is it my Dell or is it me… As I have not hear form anyone else that they are having problems like me… why me….. can’t it be someone else for a while…. I hate writing things and then for some reason it won’t go though.

All I want is to be able to get from A to B to C with out spending hours with error messages then it goes though anyways but takes me 90 places before it lets me go… I am a simple person I work on my email, twitter, facebook, blog,and two stores I am the same person on everyone of them.. www.readerwave.com God please help my computer see the error of its ways… Stop making my life a living —-. Oh I am a nice person I can’t say those words… I need bitchmoble here from Twitter to say them for me…. LOL

Fathers are precious people..They try to act manly and unaffected by anything we might do.. Some stay this way and some get with our(woman)program..

One father I am talking about came with three grown children… They are his pride and joy. I was introduced to each one and I am sure they had there mixed feeling… I was so much younger than there father and mother. But they let me in and made me welcome because I was marrying there father and they loved him dearly.. That does not mean that it didn’t take us a while to love each other.. Like was first then it was love.. And they allowed two other children to come into his life(my grown children) who needed a father figure in there lives…Back to this husband and father, we were married very fast. We grew to know each other over time. We loved each other from the start..I need someone in my life who was kind and respectful of my feeling..Someone to walk with me not over me. To guide me to his way of thinking but not over power me with his views.. He is not a big talker and I was.. This was hard to understand.. I kept trying to fill the conversation as we sat next to each other and it was very frustrating.. Over time I learned I did not have to talk to make him happy.. Just yesterday we were talking about a phone conversation and he told me .. You know you don’t have to fill all my moments with sound.. I just have to know you are beside me. Now this told me so much about this man.. I have known this for a very long time.. Hearing him say it was just the icing on top of the cake.. We are together for life.. He has made me the better person I hope I am today.. And I hope I have been there the way I should be though all his sickness and his silences in the chair next to me…We don’t travel like we had said we would when we retired because of his health and my mother lives with us… I hope our children understand and keep coming to see us and don’t let children’s busy lives keep them away. God thank you for bringing this wonderful Man,Husband and Father into our lives.

One of our children is here with her future husband she lives today and another daughter and her family comes for a few days… They leave and meet up with another daughter for fun and sun in SF… No not San Francisco.. Only one of them has ever been there and it was when she was 5 months old… And she is 40 today… Happy Birthday to my baby….Can’t wait till they get here later today… one of our granddaughters is a picky eater so we are picking up her fav… from grocery store later today… Everyone else love its also so that helps…

Hope everyone had a great Fathers Day and or Brithday our daughter in laws birthday was yesterday… Hope you had a great day with your family..

I will be putting books in my eCRATER store all week on and off as I get time away from family… Now I just need a better day than yesterday or the day before… Have over 1000 product in my store even some new autographed books…

My dream is to someday have a store on the street.. Not just on the Internet.. But my store here has given me lots of practice and I am learning new things every day… Thank you God for all the great things you have given me… Every day is better than the last. and I need to work on myself.. No more doubting Thomas…. Things will be better one day.. People will find eCRATER and wow it will take off like crazy… This to shall pass….

Thanks you…. for being my friend……………sales are picking up and that makes me a happy camper.. so to speak..es, .. Everyday is a better day. Thank you God… for being there for me and making me see that I need to be a better person… Think of others before myself. Lots of folks are out of work and I am just here at home with a husband who takes care of me… and my mother… I am very lucky….

I have a wonderful hobby that I would love to turn into a business.. If that happens it would be wonderful. If it doesn’t its been fun for the past 5 yrs… and I have been in the black the whole time…

Our little town needs a book store..New books used books and gifts (local)we could make this happen with the right marketing and some help form the right people.. God is the first one … I know I don’t write things so well and no one is going to read or comment so I am getting my thoughts out in the open so its there…

Well need to get some things done.. Have to go get more Waiting for Agnes from author Joe Bullard… need to see his lovely wife and get a hair cut… and Gene too… Our dishwasher is coming this morning….so I need to go clean out the old one and put dishes away I washed last night…I want to finish putting books on my desk in the computer so I can have over a 1000 items in my online store… In July will start putting in the rest of the shotglasses that I have in the box in my office and then start a new one from the garage… I have lots of them… had over 1300 glasses at one time.. have sold about 50 maybe in the last year… you can find them at http://shotglassheaven.com books at http://readerwave.com You will also fine LeapPad items.. books, cartridges, and machines, audio books, cookbooks, reference, religion, so many kinds and of course my fav Debbie Macomber, even her newest one Summer on Blossom Street and its signed… saw her in person last month… (There was a lady there in Tallahassee who’s picture we took would like to send to her by email or mail if she would contact me… Well I think my book is written for today.. This the day most people find God. Me included….. I think he is back in my mind but I don’t let him out on a regular basis..Everytime I think I will start now something else thoughs me the other way… Some else has a strong hold on me… I do not do bad things.. At least I don’t think I do… I just don’t go out of my way to do wonderful things in Gods name. I work for me….most of the time… don’t get me wrong I do things to help others when it needs to be done.. But I don’t step out and do it as I think of it.. it has to come to me and hit me over the head…Sence no one reads this blog I can air my dirty laundry so to speak… God is listening as he hears everyone no matter what they might do… or say.He might not agree with them but I know even in my little bit of christian learning that he hears everyone out… I ran across this articale last year in Guidepost, where you write three things you must think about each day and it will work for you… I did that last year.. Well this year I decided to write something different and it has not worked so well.. I need to go back and find what I wrote last year.

This year is, Yes Things Are Great Today, T Wil Do My Best, My Bookstore will Survive

The last one is selfish… I need to go back and find last years…

Where are all my wonderful readers……..Have they gone to no job heaven…….Just remember “Things are great today” and “I will do my best” and one extra one for me “My bookstore will survive.”

I am going to brake my own new rule…. I am going to the flee market this weekend…. so if you want a certain book let me know at readerwave@bellsouth.net I will be in Lake City,Fl. I really enjoyed meeting the people…. I am going to go look at a canopy’s today to see if I want to get one.

Mother is doing good.. yesterday she had a good day… she did all the things that she use to do… so days are looking up… Thank you God…. I did not get up with her at night.. I did get up and so did she but we did not do it to be together….

The only thing that will keep us from coming is the weather… rain… I am not with the postal system so if it rains, or snows I will not be there….LOL
