Farm’s, Town’s cafe’s

Just about had my fill of playing games on Facebook… There are always problems… can’t find this, can’t get at that.. more money that it should be.  Trying to get my dander down by doing something different and alls it does is get it up… I have lots of money on one site and none to speak of on another and just don’t like the cafe so have stopped going there. tried to tell people I have stopped… not much luck…

Book store has been doing real well.. I could not live off it but for a hobby its great.  I have lots of LeapFrog again…So just come see me inside the Lake City Flee Market.  I am not the same person who has always been inside she has moved on. I use to be out side in strawberry boxes. Now I am inside on shelves and tables.. Come check us out… We take a book and .50 for a book.. We will buy out right Christian romance and westerns, James Patterson, Stuart Woods.. Robyn Carr. Trades we don’t want anything older than the 1990′s and perfer no hardcovers.. unless they are what we asked to buy… and they are still .50

I now offer Waiting for Agnes by local author Joe Bullard,new signed at the flee market for $20.00 I brought it up a penny just to make it easier.. to handle money.

Computer Mess Up……..grrr….

Computers and people who can do anything on them baffle me.. I am in a sea of people who can do anything they want on computers.. My husband is wonderful at finding anything he wants.. Our computer died a couple of months ago and he went in and got it going enough to get everything we needed off it to put on a new one… All our pictures… that is what I was worried about.. our personal ones and the over 1000 pictures of books I have taken and labeled by author… It was a lot of work for me to learn how to make folders to take the pictures with the camera and how to take them from the camera to the computer and then to take them from the folder to the site where I wanted to show pictures on my store… This to me was a great great wonderful thing that I did.  I work really hard to learn what I do learn then to change computers and have to learn a new way to get to the same results baffles me more…

Computers can do wonderful things till they decide to not work right. Then I am on there worst list.. Right now my computer decided to have every step I take a challenge.. comes up with an error message you let it run thought click on the message to go away and then all of a sudden there is your page… why… why does my computer not like me… Is it my Dell or is it me… As I have not hear form anyone else that they are having problems like me… why me….. can’t it be someone else for a while…. I hate writing things and then for some reason it won’t go though.

All I want is to be able to get from A to B to C  with out spending hours with error messages then it goes though anyways but takes me 90 places before it lets me go… I am a simple person I work on my email, twitter, facebook, blog,and two stores I am the same person on everyone of them.. www.readerwave.com  God please help my computer see the error of its ways… Stop making my life a living —-. Oh I am a nice person I can’t say those words… I need bitchmoble here from Twitter to say them for me…. LOL

Saturday Flee Market J2

Thats the same row closer to the front … Going to be busy there tomorrow… Have 5 different boxes of books and leaving 5 home… Will trade out from week to week…. I have 3 Debbie Macomber Navy that someone asked for… Have a whole box of other Debbie books… Bringing a mess of fantasy… Will be there from open to close. We have about decided to do this weekly for now… Toying with the idea of still one day a week but one week Saturday and one Sunday… That way we can get in the yard sales…once in a while… Have found just the place for our dream store… now alls we need is money, the room where we want to be and lots of customers… I know I can get the authors to come for sighing….Everyone has a pipe dream this is mine…. Hay I never dreamed I would have one online book store!  have two stores and selling a book at the third  a blog and twitter and facebook…. one busy lady these days and loving every minute. Questions about being able to keep up……….

There is email, blog, facebook, twitter to name a few ………..Why do you need all these things…. I like the email, and the blog…. I am attempting facebook… but why twitter…..I don’t have a day job other than my bookstores on line www.readerwave.com  I can’t keep up… How do you do it… I like to read and I do that on and off when my eyes get tired of the computer.. Then when I get tired of my book I shut my eyes and listen to my eye lids…. (sounded good)… watch my eye lids  is that better…. Ilene I know it not politically correct but don’t touch…. (if you notice sometimes after a few days things look easier to read on here… well I have a wonderful geek daughter and she comes in the back door so to speak and corrects my everything…. Have I thanked you lately

Facebook, books and more books

My daughter, Ilene got me signed onto Facebook, you know my name, readerwave.
Can’t sleep got hot. Gene is sick and he is always cold so its always to warm in here… or its freezing.. there is no happy medium.. But if that is all it takes to keep him happy I can live with it…
Have been sick over a week today.. I am over it already.. Now Gene is sick almost a week… ok enough already… I was not going yard sale-ing anyways… Have too many books already.. (now who was looking when I got more books yesterday?) I need them to fill in the over 3000 I already have…. After all I have two online bookstores, and a yard sale at the flee market coming up..
Thanks to two ladies I buy books from, I found good book boxes to store and show my books at these sales… Grape’s box…Supermarket here I come…
My sister-in-law has always liked the idea of our friendship ball that my friend Roberta and I have been sending back and forth for 11 yrs…(imagine 11 X 12) that is a lot of small things. so I think this summer while she is away in GA I will get my extra one out and send to her… She will be happily surprised…. (for those of you who don’t know what they are I will take a picture and put on one day)

Got to get off here I am so hot must find water………I feel like I am on a desert Island……………..instead of in my office with the door closed so everyone else stays asleep… Sweet dreams everyone….

I am putting my gummy bears away now… I keep them in the ref.. so they stay fresh but they get hard from the cold but better than the alternative….

Have sold over 18 Joe Bullard’s “Waiting For Agnes” books in the past three months… That is so cool.. Oprah’s book club should be reading this for sure….Then I would have the sales and Joe would have the fame he should get for such a good book… people need to see my feedback on eBay about it…. But for a better selling price of $19.50 they need to go to my eCRATER Store… at eCrater.readerwave.com to buy it.
I am really going now…………… water………… water………….

Gene made today

Today started off differently… Had to go to doctor for a visit as he just had to refill my thyroid meds… I don’t have one had removed several years ago as it had a spot of cancer. Anyways find out tomorrow about blood work…
Sence I got home read emails and feedbacks (eBay) Had a nice one from a customer who bought “Waiting for Agnes”. I went and wrote this person a email and asked them to come on here and give a review… Hope he or she does….
Then I went on to eCRATER and put in books for Iris Johnansen, who I had started doing yesterday. Then went on to do Catherine Anderson.. And its so funny I had got a newsletter from her today.. She not only has a webpage at www.catherineanderson.com she is on myspace, twitter, and Facebook… I can’t tell you about these so if you have been to any of these places let me know.
I will be spending time on eBay this afternoon doing odds and ends putting more books in taking books off the shelf that didn’t sell in the last year or so.. Getting ready for my yard sale in three weeks… and I might even go on craigslist and look around…
Gene went and bought another tool so he can make a larger vase for my wooden roses… Its going to be out of cedar… I would love to get him wood from all over the US for his birthday.. I thought of the idea last year but did not get it done.
This afternoon while I was putting books in eBay and eCRATER and taking pictures of the one I want to put in eCRATER tomorrow. Gene was our working on a vase made of cedar to go with the wood roses he Bought me last Friday at the street Fest here in LC..
