My friend has her’s in the shop and has me watching her farm…What fun for me as I get to keep up with her farm and mine… My birthday is tomorrow and today I am going to my daughters to celebrate her birthday witch is Wednesday and mine. Then tomorrow going to Grandson’s house and celebrate mine and his witch are both tomorrow… how lucky am I … My flee market addition was a great success when it opened yesterday… I hope today goes as well… BelieveSunday, November 1st, 2009Its Sunday a day of forgiveness and rest.. To love family and get over what you think is wrong with them.. They may not think it… So forget it and move on.. Today is a day of planning for the next week.. I need to make those lists.. get ready for family to come, birthdays that are this month.. I got the cards out… I have gifts to wrap and something to buy (hubby) I did so well for our Ann. that I have no idea for his birthday. I need to work on Christmas for him also.. I need to get an interest in my store again.. Its business has been so bad that I have been working on making things for kids for Christmas instead of working on getting business better..I need to set my sights a little higher and work on this too… I need to change my attitude and make me feel better … Better is good… and good is Better…. My motto is Every day is better than the last.I will work on myself. Things will be better one day. I have to believe…. But as of this afternoon my husband will have driven it more than me… I drove it home… He put the Kleenex in for him .. I put the glasses wipes for me and him… He is looking up address on map for a yard sale then we are off… This car is for me to go the flee market and to store my books in all the time never take them out.. when I get home.. Oh I am so glad I just have to load and unload at flee market… Remember it opens up again November 7th after the fair is over… Then I will have new and used books … I may be going bigger to see how it does… check it out… Series Rambling is back….Thursday, October 22nd, 2009This week, well today and tomorrow I will be working on putting series together for my flee market store… It started out that I found two books that are a series and I needed to find the books that went with them… found one… So now I need to go though and see if I can find others.. Have several series on line… in my www.readerwave.ecrater.comstore… Nora Roberts, Debbie Macomber, Linda Lael Miller … I had some extras and I think I have some fantasy after I go though some bags out in my garage. Some of the newer stuff I just got last week… Needs a lot of work… trying to decided if I want one or two booths.. This time… Then the next week I have to be closed as company is coming.. From that week on I will be open hoping for some extra business for the holidays… I wish I could be two people as I want to do yard sales also… Can’t do both.. That’s go to them not have them. I already did that last month and we did pretty good… Well the rambling Woman is back…. she never leaves for long… NoThursday, September 10th, 2009Not writting today… protesting … no one reads anyways…………………. SurgeryWednesday, September 9th, 2009Went to doctors today with Hubby to see if he would have Surgery, we kinda knew that he would. Found out that is doctor is very nice, kind and looked him over real good.. He went because he had a hernia. We found out he has two. Being that he has stints in is lower chest and his leg he is on plavix to keep is blood from clotting.. Well to have surgery you have to be off the meds for 10 days to let things get back to normal so he won’t bleed to death.. So surgery is the 22nd of September…Our luck.. and we are laughing as we have our 18th ann.. on the 21st.. He told me today that he had planned to take me to Tallahassee to a great restaurant that we were at there this year… Has the best steaks.. I told him well just make it October 21st instead… So that is our plan… I got a call yesterday from the frame shop here in town my gift to him is ready.. I took copys of “Wonderful Man” blog and had them frame it.. Will take pictures when I give to him.. I am really excited… First time in years I have come up with a gift with out someone else helping me… He is so hard to pick for.. He gets what ever he wants when he finelly decides what he wants… I did not have this gift in mind when I wrote it.. It just grew from there… Blog yes or noMonday, June 1st, 2009Yes!! was just reading twitter… I never know what to say or if I do I feel its nothing good.. no one answers even my daughter only says or answers direct questions… I found some good info on Boodkgal this morning told me to go to http://bit.ly/10lNb1 I hope I got this right I will recheck… after I finish… done… I need to write birthday and Ann. cards out today.. I did pick them up at the store… need to wrap packages…. but I can wait a week or so for that.. Not much going on around here today… We had bacon and tomato sandwiches for lunch.. Had to take all the seeds out of tomato for Mom she has that diverticleous(sp) can’t eat seeds, nuts of any kind messes up her stomach.. I think I will go back to taking better care of my websites and yard saling on Saturdays… Have a lot of pictures to take this week… Hope to capture some more people to look at my sights… Flee MarketSaturday, May 9th, 2009Today was terrible… I hope it was a flouk… Had a order on eCrater this afternoon.. That is better.. Got two nice Mothers Day cards.. And an iPod how about that… I have put some phone and address on it already… have lots more to go… Tell your friends about the flee market .. I f we don’t do better we will have to stop going.. It would be nice to get a books store going with more new books in it… Need to get about 2 or 3 partners together and work it out…. well have a good evening we are going out to dinner… |
