 I am so sad.. I had planned all these things to do in my head… Small town got in the way again.. LOL. Our Bargin store is closed on Mondays, I think the Post Office and Banks are closed today. Where I get my hair cut is closed on Mondays..and that also means more Copys of Waiting for Agnes will have to wait till tomorrow as its Monday day off…
Book Store at Flee Market went very well I had lots of new customers and lots of repeats with trades.. And this reminds me I need to make a new sign for the new books.. People are trying to use them with trades and thats a no no… Or i just might take a loss and put them in with the other books and use that book case for other things i need that will end up bringing me more money as I am sitting on the new ones.. Have not sold one… I am in the thinking stage of this one. Feed back would be nice..

What a year this has started out to be. January brought the death of my Mother. February just a month later my birthday and I was sick as a dog all week… And its just the second week of the month. We are on the East Coast luckily we are not up north.. we have no snow.. But we are in Florida and my yard looks like Lake West as we call it every spring. It has rained steady sense midnight last night. Of course as I mentioned I have been sick all week and its suppose to be very cold this weekend so my flee market store will be closed. I can’t take the chance of getting sicker. I made the grocery list and hubby went to grocery store. I did get the clothes out of dryer from Monday and put a new load of wash in washer and they made it to the dryer today and now are ready to come out. The one good thing about all this sickness I have lost 7 or 8 lbs… But the terrible thing is I got sick before we got to South Florida to have birthday celebration with grandson. I am so sorry GW… we love you very much. I did finish a book I started several weeks ago… I have been thinking about working on Mothers doll collection.. I need to find out what it or they are worth and what I want to do about it. I took one of her chairs to the flee market sense my booth is inside I can have it there.. and be more comfortable. I have decided to keep her thimble collection I did send one to a friend of Mothers who asked for one. It had her name on it.. It came that way.. I know as I bought for her. I am missing working as I had Friday all worked out in my head.. Now I have to wait for next Friday and hope the weather is better…Thanks everyone for all the kindness you have shown us in the past month..

Well I have one book left in my Readerwave Store. Little by little I have been taking them out and taking them to the flee market so this morning I just took all but one out. “Waiting for Agnes” by Florida Native Joe Bullard. Book is about the Coral Castle built in the 1950’s with huge coral boulders… Great book and a good seller for Joe and I.

Well today is the last day of 2009. Does not seem possible..Went up to see mother and tried on all her Christmas gifts.. Have less to take back than I thought. She gave me all her Christmas letters to answer.. I don’t even answer my own.
I have washing to do and it is getting taller by the min.
Tomorrow want to go to the flee market and check on my store. Take some books that i was given over the holidays. Figure out a way to hang some things that I want to put in baggies..

We were gone this week we went to cold weather…colder than here. Now we are back to rainy weather.. Its the starting of the weekend please stop raining… I need to be dry tomorrow and Sunday for the flee market. Its bad enough we both brought back colds..Thanks AL we love you all but you could of kept the colds up there… LOL.. NO one had one there but it was cold and Mother had one here be might of caught and took with us.. Gene got it first and now I have a soar throat. We did bring home some good memories and a promise to keep up…It will be so much easier now that we are all on facebook..
I am working on my books today and going to the post office I carried the packages all the way to AL and back .. So will go to our post office. Blogs what are they for… In my case to let off steam, to tell you about my bookstore on line and at the flee market… To talk things over with myself as no one hardly ever reads my blogs so I know I am boring.. That’s OK.. I have bad grammer and spelling… But that’s OK too.. I am the one who reads me… If I am having a problem with my thoughts its good to let them get out. Like my book store would love to have a real one..But I can see that it would be a bust in my town. I am barely making it at the flee market how would I do it at a real store 6 days a week… I don’t have the extra cash laying around to take on something like that. I don’t know how to handle the finances… I do it the easiest I can with my online store and flee market.. I only buy what I can afford.. I am always in the black…have one person I ever owe money too…
My dalima(sp) now is weather I should go inside at the flee market or stay outside. Inside I would be able to leave my books there at all times.. It would cost me more but I could have more stock. I would need to be there every weekend or have someone cover for me. If you read this leave me some feedback.. I would not even know what to pay the person.. My thought was what ever profit was made up to $4o.oo and anything over that is mine. I need an honest person… someone I can trust.. its not like I have a cash register to keep track of inventory…

Worked very hard to make gifts for some of the grandchildren who live in snow or are going to show over the holidays.. Yesterday I went to the flee market here and it started out in the high 30’s and I used one of hubbys pea caps..So when I came home I started making one of my own.. But I could not get it done in time to wear today.. About half done will be done for next week.. I was trying to make a apron with holiday fabric but have decided a full apron will not fit over my coat and maybe a carpenter apron will real long ties would be better… So I will work on that this week… I don’t have my sewing machine anymore so have to cut and go stitch at my sister in laws house… Which will be fine I love going over and visiting with her..
I always run out of Westerns… I found some last night going though my books on line.. I had forgotten that I had them.. So I took them off line and taking them to the flee market today.
My online book business is picking up.. Things are looking up. I would like to thank God for getting this store back on track.. I know you have a lot harder things to do… Thanks for looking our way..

Well so far I have had someone who wants to rent my house..Told them they did not have the right number my house was not for rent.. But that’s the number on the sign.. Tried to tell them one of the numbers should be a O not mine… Finally… I have been thought this several times… Then my Mother called to wish me a Happy Thanksgiving… Thanked her and told her it was the day before… Then while I have you on the phone she went though a list of things she wants brought to her… and she gave me a list yesterday. I was expecting this …
I have gotten some applesauce I made and froze out of the freezer to see if it holds up when frozen…
I have had two orders over night for three books this is good… I hope it keeps up… I need so sell some books to pay my author I sell for … Its been a while and I have not had a sale… maybe with the holidays coming it will pick up…

Good morning, morning…. We are up listening to Taylor Swift on the CD player…getting ready for the day… First on the list is getting back in the groove of writting a blog… Here Goes…………………………
Books are my hobby and love but I can see this year I need to find a way to make them better than they ever were… I got a new car and it needs to be paid for.. Mother has been moved to assisted living so she does not help with our income anymore..
Books and shotglass stores are what I have on eCRATER at www.readerwave.ecrater.com and www.shotglassheaven.ecrater.com My husband is going to put another shot glass shelf up for me… Thats 18 rows to put another box out… that will take a while for me to put them out… Taking pictures and listing… I hope to have them done before Thanksgiving if not then before December… I need to learn how to take better pictures… They are ok but not wonderful… Need to put more books in and get it out there that I have books for you to read… I will have more talking books also.. Some of the great books you have all read in the past.. Now you can take them in the car or like Mother listen to at home.

 Good Friday Morning… Have had so many problems with our computer, I have been playing games intead of writting on here anywhere… I have not worked on my store in a couple of weeks.. Nothing is moving… I know I said that I would not go back to ebay.. Well I broke that promise and took Agnes back… Have not had a sale there either.. I don’t know what has happened that I have nothing .. I had at least three a week during the worst of the world melt down.. And Agnes was my only seller for a while… Waiting for Agnes by local Florida Author Joe Bullard.. about the Coral Castle in South Florida, Homestead, Fl..Ok people I have not had a sale this month. . www.readerwave.ecrater.com
The Flee Market had been closed.. due to our county fair is there now till the 7th.. It opens the next weekend and some of our children will be here for birthdays so I won’t be going … This brakes my heart.. but can’t be helped.. I really want to see kids and grandkids.So I will be there the next week ..I go on Saturdays only… I don’t see to do as well on Sundays… I have gotten alot of newer books while the market has been closed I have over 4 boxes of other not seen before books.. (not seen at my flee shop)
Husband and I went out car shopping so I have a car of my own now to go places.. I want to drive to my daughter and everyone says no… I wanted my one daughter to drive up with me and I would fly her home if need be.. She has not gotten back to me yet…
Well I guess I am done babbling or is it rambling… I think I have used that title up… so maybe back in the saddle… always did love cowboy shows.. triger here boy or was it girl….
