Good Morning Happy Tuesday… Does not seem possible that its September already.. I need to wrap a couple of birthday gifts and get them in the mail. Have a few errands to run today.. Want to look for some children’s books this week.. I am down to one basket and that is not enough for a whole weekend.. And I have had theses for months so must get some fresh things for these children and parents to look at.. And one little girl has asked me for Barney so will see what I can find. I finished reading Debbie Macombers newest Cedar Cove Book “1022 Evergreen Place” Great I think I liked it better than the last one. One part of the story I was afraid it would be the next book and I wanted it to finish in this one well it did.. I was so glad.. It was a really unexpected ending.. I was doing wash and I guess the load was uneven have not had that happen before in our new washer anyways the Clorox bottle was on top and it worked its way to the edge and it fell over and landed on the floor, the top was not on as tight as I thought and all of it went on the floor it was fine as there were no clothes on floor near it.. I move the waste basket out of my way and to get it out of wet.. I put it next to some clothes and my favorite T shirt is not tie dyed… I am so upset… its was several shades of color already and I guess I can wear it around the house. So that was my morning… In the afternoon I just relaxed and chilled.. I talked to daughter about son in law and how he’s feeling and granddaughter and school.. She had her first game this past weekend.. She is in marching band this year.

Weekend

Well the weekend is here again… Not many more till Flea Market closes for a month.. I hope there are lots of yard sales during that month.. To make up for all the Saturdays I have missed them. I am hoping to go to several Flea Markets around here that I don’t get to see during the year and she what they have and get some fresh idea’s.. Always looking for new idea’s.. I never have enough room always looking for ways to improve it. We went yard sailing yesterday and I got a lot of Nora Roberts and this week went to book store in Gainesville and found some books.. but not as many as I sometimes get.

Its time for me to get ready to go to Flea Market this morning… I love going there talking to poeple learning what they like to read. I am still readying the same Karen Young book as last week there are three stories and I am on the second one. Waiting for Agnes is a new signed book by Author Joe Bullard tells the story about the Coral Castle at Homestead, Florida how it was built will tons of coral like the pyramids were built years and years ago.. the process dies with its owner in 1954 He never told anyone. this book can be found in several places. www.readerwave.ecrater.com www.ebay.com www.amazon.com each place it sells for a different price and the company charges different for processing the book for me.. with www.readerwave.ecrater.coyou can used a US Postal money order.. not with any of the other… It would be nice if you would tell me when you are sending it …Thanks.

Well was going to be a busy day.. I could not get started… The only thing we did get done was mail and grocery shopping.. I did call my dear friend and tell her to watch her front door the day of her birthday.. (No its not going to be me.. wish it was). Talked to daughter several times today son in law goes into hospital tomorrow for surgery will be in several days.. The nice thing is his family is up there visiting and will be there for that. I go tomorrow to have two toes checked where doctor took nails off .. Then he will have another one to do as one on big toe split down the middle.. it does not hurt none of them do just keep it covered so it won’t snag on something then hurt… So I will take my meds before I go… I get all flustered and stomach upset when they bring out the needles only started this year.. So he was nice enough to give me meds to take before I go and I really don’t remember the last visit other than his smile when he came in the room… That was nice… as he did not smile when I met him..the week before.. I guess everyone has a bad day and he was mine and I was his so we made a pack to come back another time… it worked…

Today would of been my parents 48th wedding ann. Dad died 11 yrs ago and Mom this year. They are both missed alot. My hubby and I will be married 19 wonderful years this month. Several of my granddaughters have bithdays this month.. And my dearest friend has her birthday in a couple of days.Happy Days to all of you…

I have not put anything in the store this week. I have been reading and praying and relaxing.. Even slept late a couple of mornings. and later the rest.. Maybe Hubby was right turning the mattress did help… LOL.

Mixed up Mess

Good Evening.. Well the card did not go off yesterday as I said… I decided to try one more time.. Could not find her so went on the Internet and found a phone for her daughter and called her… Found out my Aunt had moved to another state… As my Mother is the one who kept up with her I did not know about this as Mother passed away this year. So I called my cousin and surprised her and then she told me about her Mother and gave me the phone number.. I called my Aunt and she sounded so happy to hear from me. I am the only blood daughter left from my Mother so its good to keep up with My relation… The next generation is Me… Wow… how time flies… am so glad that I got in touch with them.. I sent cards off today to tell them how happy I am to hear there voices.. My son in law has to have surgery soon. No date as yet.. Keep him in your prayers.I wish they lived closer… If his parents are not going to be there as they are on vacation now .. I surely will get my husband to take me up there or I will fly… Can not let daughter and grandchildren handle this alone… Thanks to all of you for your prayers… If I go to my daughters I will have to get someone to run my store or close a month early… That is another thing to think about… I did not do any chocolate today and no extra eating unless you count the grapes I ate… Will have my ice cream and movie later… I finished Karen Harper’s Shaker Run today was a good book.. Had a completely different ending than I thought. Birthday

This month if you have a birthday and I always call or and send a card.. I am sorry.. I have had so much on my mind that I forgot Cards and feel really bad.. I tried to make it up to my Aunt last night her phone is changed and I could not get her… I feel so bad… So a card will go off this morning.. I did find phone or addresses for three of my cousins so that helped me feel better but again they did not answer there phones and no machines or was full. If they are like me and wait for the machine to pick up well they might not know my new last name(19 yrs ago). As you can see my cousins and I don’t live anywhere near and have not seen each other in yrs. any info I got was though my Mom well she passed this year so da… But I am not giving up I will write every one of them and hope for the best. At one time my Grandparents and there children lived on the four corners of the US. Alaska,New York, Florida and California .. I am trying to reach the Alaska Aunt she is the only one left.. other than all us kids… One of my sisters is gone, one of my other cousins is gone. that’s just the 1st cousins.. Ok genealogy is over for now… I put some items in my store this morning.. Here is a shocker Hubby mentioned he was going to go get weed feed.. I mentioned he should just call someone in as he has some other issues also and he is doing it… I am never right about the yard or meat cuts… so go figure…

Had a very nice conversation with my very best dearest friend.. so wish we lived closer.. but who knows maybe we would not like that after all.. we would not talk as much on the phone or computer as we would see each other more.. Any ways we talked about anything and everything. Talked on the computer with one of my grands yesterday and was asking what she wants for her birthday as its the first one of 5 with in three weeks next month and Oct… She had no idea… One is already taken care of.. We bought her a new camera for vacation and gave it to her as an early birthday gift. As yet have not seen any of the pictures she took…

Thought I would put and old office picture in remember when online book store had over 1000 books… well all those books cases are at the flea market waiting for Oct 10 and they will come back home and be stored in the garage for a month. Saturday Book Signing

Can’t believe its Sunday already. What a busy week… Still waiting on what is going to go on with our son-in-law.. Keep him in your prayers.. He does have a lump but we don’t know what they are going to do about it.

Local Author Joe Bullard and his wife came out to my book store yesterday to meet and great.. We sold a few books… I will have some on hand today ask.. as I won’t have them laying out. I will also have Waiting for Agnes along with Bolita Sam. I have not had so excitement sense the day I got married to Mr. West. Paper on line (Lake City Journal) put an article about Joe Bullards new book “Bolita Sam” and then mentioned that I sell it for him and I am at the Flea Market… my phone has been wringing off the hook.. I guess I will have to bring books with me to the Flea Market. On Saturday and Sunday. Will have to get more from Joe as I don’t want to mess up my inventory at home (these are for mail outs.). I have had over 60 lookers at the sight..That is so great. I am sorry that Amazon is not on with us… There is a glitch..
