Well was going to be a busy day.. I could not get started… The only thing we did get done was mail and grocery shopping.. I did call my dear friend and tell her to watch her front door the day of her birthday.. (No its not going to be me.. wish it was). Talked to daughter several times today son in law goes into hospital tomorrow for surgery will be in several days.. The nice thing is his family is up there visiting and will be there for that.  I go tomorrow to have two toes checked where doctor took nails off .. Then he will have another one to do as one on big toe split down the middle.. it does not hurt none of them do just keep it covered so it won’t snag on something then hurt… So I will take my meds before I go… I get all flustered and stomach upset when they bring out the needles only started this year.. So he was nice enough to give me meds to take before I go and I really don’t remember the last visit other than his smile when he came in the room… That was nice… as he did not smile when I met him..the week before.. I guess everyone has a bad day and he was mine and I was his so we made a pack to come back another time… it worked…  

Today would of been my parents 48th wedding ann. Dad died 11 yrs ago and Mom this year. They are both missed alot. My hubby and I will be married 19 wonderful years this month. Several of my granddaughters have bithdays this month.. And my dearest friend has her birthday in a couple of days.Happy Days to all of you…

I have not put anything in the store this week. I have been reading and praying and relaxing.. Even slept late a couple of mornings. and later the rest.. Maybe Hubby was right turning the mattress did help… LOL.

Hope you had a good rest yesterday as it was Monday not Tuesday.  Monday went to doctors and bookstore. Hope I got some of the books that people are looking for… Today I slept late and it feels good. Should do it more often.  Going to take lessons on my new sewing machine today. So my hubby packed it back up in its box and we are ready to go this afternoon.

I need to get back in the mood to put things in my stores… I was doing so good there for a while.. I got lots of lookers but no takers .. Its Saturday just got home from Flea Market great day for selling as the weather is in the 80′s and don’t you know everyone is somewhere else.  So it was a slow selling day. But maybe tomorrow will pick up… I hope so.. I want to do some shopping  for books and for the holidays… I have to set up a time to go take my sewing lessons on my new machine.  I am so glad I am not the only one who misplaces the calender, Just called and they are going to call me back. I am reading a Karen Young book there are three stories in it… I am on the first one… Pretty good for a love story… Next I have to get in Net-flex and pick out some movies we can have when we don’t have any from the mail.. If you ask my grandchildren they can tell you 8pm is movie and 9pm is stop for ice cream… So Hubby and I during the summer watch 7 movies a week… Sunday night have to have it done in time for ArmyWives  love that show… I am missing the Unit sense it stopped have to see my one guy on the Allstate Commercials and lately its only his voice. Then another one I miss is Numbers but I see one of the brothers is on another show on another network… And a lot of the shows are switching nights I don’t like that at all…Sent out two books today.. Waiting for Agnes… Had someone call about the other and gave them the authors info let him deal with it… Have a great night everyone…

Got and email from Lady A. to watch GMA this morning… Wow was I glad I did.. Love this group… Some day I might get to see them in person.  I don’t do concerts anymore. I don’t like having to fight for tickets. Sitting way in the back after paying so much… I know everyone feels the same.. And I should be glad that I am there.. I am when I am but before hand its to much of a hassel.. My hubby can’t stand all the noise anymore. So I get to hear from them on facebook.. I watch anything on tv that they are on… What a great group.. My daughter takes her girls who like differnent groups not the same ones most of the time… so she goes to several concerts a year… I can remember my othere daughter sitting out all night in the mall for MJ tickets when she was about 15.. (No she was not alone she was with a trusted friend and her girls).  And her picture was in the newspaper.. That was so cool. Now she has teens of her own. man how time flies.

Speaking of emails had one from someone who wanted to know if I had Waiting for Agnes on had… Of Course… I start to run low and run to the author… So don’t fret.. If we are ever going to run out I would let you know. I am as honest as I can be When something happens I let you know right away. Tomorrow is Flea Market day if anyone whats a Waiting for Agnes while there let me know my email as I don’t keep them on hand there. They would get dusty and they are new books where the rest of my books are used.. If you have an author that you are looking for let me know.. I try to keep the best of the sellers on hand and I don’t carry anything older than 1990.  Children’s books are on sale this week on the table.. I do have some that are not on sale like special editions… They are on a shelf up away from the sale.. We only have about 5 weekends before the Flea Market closes for a month to get ready and have the Fair.. So make sure that you have enough reading material.. We will be bigger and improved when we come back.  All our book cases will have backs. We will have new book cases in the middle.. and longer… instead of one long one we will have 6 smaller ones but it will be longer than the one when we get finished.. we will be putting the mystery in the front and historical in the back… We will be adding more books and hopefully some holiday items.. Good Evening.. Well the card did not go off yesterday as I said… I decided to try one more time.. Could not find her so went on the Internet and found a phone for her daughter and called her… Found out my Aunt had moved to another state… As my Mother is the one who kept up with her I did not know about this as Mother passed away this year. So I called my cousin and surprised her and then she told me about her Mother and gave me the phone number.. I called my Aunt and she sounded so happy to hear from me. I am the only blood daughter left from my Mother so its good to keep up with My relation… The next generation is Me… Wow… how time flies… am so glad that I got in touch with them.. I sent cards off today to tell them how happy I am to hear there voices..  My son in law has to have surgery soon. No date as yet.. Keep him in your prayers.I wish they lived closer… If his parents are not going to be there as they are on vacation now .. I surely will get my husband to take me up there or I will fly… Can not let daughter and grandchildren handle this alone… Thanks to all of you for your prayers… If I go to my daughters I will have to get someone to run my store or close a month early… That is another thing to think about… I did not do any chocolate today and no extra eating unless you count the grapes I ate… Will have my ice cream and movie later… I finished Karen Harper’s Shaker Run today was a good book.. Had a completely different ending than I thought. This month if you have a birthday and I always call or and send a card.. I am sorry.. I have had so much on my mind that I forgot Cards and feel really bad.. I tried to make it up to my Aunt last night her phone is changed and I could not get her… I feel so bad… So a card will go off this morning.. I did find phone or addresses for three of my cousins so that helped me feel better but again they did not answer there phones and no machines or was full. If they are like me and wait for the machine to pick up well they might not know my new last name(19 yrs ago). As you can see my cousins and I don’t live anywhere near and have not seen each other in yrs. any info I got was though my Mom well she passed this year so da… But I am not giving up I will write every one of them and hope for the best. At one time my Grandparents and there children lived on the four corners of the US. Alaska,New York, Florida and California .. I am trying to reach the Alaska Aunt she is the only one left.. other than all us kids… One of my sisters is gone, one of my other cousins is gone. that’s just the 1st cousins.. Ok genealogy is over for now…  I put some items in my store this morning.. Here is a shocker Hubby mentioned he was going to go get weed feed.. I mentioned he should just call someone in as he has some other issues also and he is doing it… I am never right about the yard or meat cuts… so go figure…

Had a very nice conversation with my very best dearest friend.. so wish we lived closer.. but who knows maybe we would not like that after all.. we would not talk as much on the phone or computer as we would see each other more.. Any ways we talked about anything and everything.  Talked on the computer with one of my grands yesterday and was asking what she wants for her birthday as its the first one of 5 with in three weeks next month and Oct… She had no idea… One is already taken care of.. We bought her a new camera for vacation and gave it to her as an early birthday gift.  As yet have not seen any of the pictures she took…

Thought I would put and old office picture in remember when online book store had over 1000 books… well all those books cases are at the flea market waiting for Oct 10 and they will come back home and be stored in the garage for a month.  Oh one last thing remember my shot glass store is at www.shotglassheaven.ecrater.com

OK today is a stressful day.. Waiting to hear from my family on some health issues… I have been stressed sense Sunday with other things also… I have gone though 4 bags of chocolate covered almonds… They are my fav… But this is got to stop. First bad for face… Bad for weight… sure can’t take it off this way… I have been playing on computer and my eyes hurt.. Tried reading my book can’t concentrate.. Reading Karen Harper’s Shaker Run… very good I am just not doing very much at one time… Took lots of pictures of postcards to put into eCRATER  and stamps.. I got one group of stamps in and stopped that.. Just watched Lets Make a Deal… can’t sit still .. To Hot to go out side… can’t get to my bike anyways there are so many things in garage right now.. All the boxes for my books and the new book cases… Oh we went and found a new dinette set today… was going to go to Gainesville and found it right here in town.  Now I need to get rid of my other table and two chairs… Our new table has 4 chairs and a bench.. Good Morning, well its Monday… Have those Monday errands to do… And Laundry… seems like I just finished it yesterday and its time to start over again. Started taking pictures of my post cards last night and the camera went dead.. That happens when the batteries need charging.. Had a good weekend at the Flea Market .. I had a lot of new customers and some of my return ones.. Its so nice to have both.. I so love going there to talk to the people… And as always some one asked for something I did not have and while I was stocking the table from underneath I found one… so my poetry lady I found one book… Hope its one you want. For those of you who have not been to my book store.. I have two tables that have a mixture of all kinds of books from cookbooks, self help, pets, crafting etc… At this time I am not buying books but if you feel the need to get rid of some and had thought of throwing away don’t bring them over… I will be expanding and needing more merchandise and can’t afford to buy from customers at this time.. I do trades on the general paper backs.. .50 and a book for a book.. I keep a card file on customers who bring in trades and have more than they want to use at one time.. I have no plans to leave the Flea Market… so your books are safe and will be ready for you to use the credit any time.. NOW remember the Flea Market does close down from October 10 till the Weekend of November 10th for the Fair to come in and set up and be torn back down… Sunday October 10th.. My husband and I will be taking everything down after the Market closes at 3pm … So make sure you have enough reading material to cover you this amount of time.. I would hate to run out.. So I know how you feel.. And of course the more you take the less I have to take home to my already full garage. LOL… Hubby has built me new shelves to replace the older one in the middle and has make it bigger.. I am expanding the store when I come back.Will be getting set for the holidays and having some gifts out.. Due to legal problems author has with other parties I will not be selling Bolita Sam until issues are resolved.  Waiting for Agnes is still for sale.All  pictures I have taken off my blog.. I was not aware of any wrong doing when writing my blog this week. This book will not be mentioned till this is resolved.

Can’t believe its Sunday already. What a busy week… Still waiting on what is going to go on with our son-in-law.. Keep him in your prayers.. He does have a lump but we don’t know what they are going to do about it.

Local Author Joe Bullard and his wife came out to my book store yesterday to meet and great..
